Project highlight: Omana Apartments
Air Mc were engaged in partnership with Noel Leeming Commercial to deliver the air con and ventilation works for 63 high end apartments at the Omana build in Milford, owned by NZRPG.
Panasonic VRF was installed throughout along with Fantech fans and Holyoake grilles to provide, user friendly, whisper quiet comfort for the occupants
Commercial projects are built to a tight time frame and delays will result in unnecessary costs and disruption to other trades, avoiding delays comes down to thorough planning and attention to detail. Running over almost 2 years this project allowed us to showcase our abilities to organise, manage and co-ordinate a project of this calibre. We built strong relationships with the Project Manager, Site Manager and QS responding quickly and efficiently to their requests.
Since the completion of the project Air Mc have secured the Omana maintenance contract, been awarded the next NZRPG build and been invited to the design table for other upcoming projects.
